Once they have your money, Marin Diving Center are extremely reluctant to let it go, as evidenced by their refund policies: no refunds or transfers for courses, and store credit for items purchased. Coupled with the rude attitude displayed by staff when asked about this policy, it creates a very bad impression of a business more interested in getting your money than providing any kind of customer satisfaction (see their Yelp reviews from 2022 for more examples). You are better off shopping and diving elsewhere. - via
