Reethi beach, an amazing resort. Ocean fanatics a mean dive center. The purpose of my trip was going to Hanifaru. I asked them with 6 months in advance for the experience and they told me that during my stay in reethi beach I could do the trip if the mantas where present without a reservation. The surprise was that when I arrive to reethi they didn’t let me book any trip, unless I join a whats app group and answer immediately when they write that the mantas where present. I did as they said, and when I arrive there, 20 minutes after, there was a list of 30 waiting people that didn’t wrote in the whats app. The explanation given was that the people was just over there passing by in the right moment. Doesn’t sound real or possible, they ruin my trip. I arranged this trip with 1 year in advance and it was the dream of my life, I have 2 mantas tattoos, they are my favorite animal since ever, I travelled 2 days to get there, I saved money through 5 years, from the other side of the world, and didn’t get to see them because of this mean people. - via
