Booked the Discover Scuba Diving course. They forgot my booking so my friend and I showed up for no reason. No refunds accepted even under this circumstance, told to come back another time (which is very difficult due to work and timing with friend as we were on leave in the first place). Will update my review if I actually managed to do the activity. Really disappointing.

Managed to finally get the course done. Will recommend to remind them of your booking the day before to avoid disappointment. - via
