Booked online for a 1-hour jetski rental. Received an automated confirmation 24 hours before my booking. Showed up at the specified time and nobody was onsite to receive us. When our booking time came, still there was nobody to receive us. Phone number did not take messages since mailbox was full, and there were no immediate responses to my emails. About 1/2 an hour AFTER my booking timeslot, I received a notice that my booking had been cancelled due to the weather. While I agree that the weather forecast was for storms later that day, the lack of staff and lack of pre-communication of this cancellation caused me to waste significant time. At least the refund was issued promptly. I will never do business with this company again. If zero stars were an option, I would score it a zero - via
