Lizard Island is simply a great island. The hike to Cooks Lookout in the early morning is scenic and gives a good overview of the island.
Watson Bay with its coral garden and turtles is recommended for snorkelling. Also very nice corals on the east side of the bay.
Very good dive centre at the resort. The outer reef dives are great, especially to the Cod hole. Inside reef dives are better left out. - via
