(02/08/2023) We did this as part of a Carnival Cruise excursion (which also included a visit to the nearby Arch's Iguana and Marine Park (highly recommended, by the way)). There was a short wait when our party arrived, but no other delays. The staff obviously knows their stuff. They were quite professional, informative, and a lot of fun. One thing that really struck me was how patient they were with some of the children in the group that were a bit scared of the Macaws. A couple were a bit sniffling and pulling back at first, but they were laughing and wanting more by the time we were ready to leave. We'll be back, I'm sure. - via
