Julian was the rudest person I came into contact with in my entire week in Cayman. Every question was met with a face that said, "I'd rather be anywhere but here talking to you." Me and a friend rented some dive weights and a belt. Julian told us it was 50 cents per pound. We got ten pounds and paid. When we brought them back we were told it was $10 USD per day = $50. So not only did they not tell us the right price, they didn't tell us it was daily, and they also over charged us on the exchange rate. When I expressed my concern, I got laughed at. I said, "How about I pay you half way in between and I won't go leave a one star review?" Laughed at again. So here I am. One star review and have fun dealing with Capital One, who will be taking my entire $50 back.
Also, everything we bought here we found for cheaper at other stores across the island as the week progressed. Just avoid this place. They're just taking advantage of tourists. And Julian could use a change of scenery I think. - via
