初めての沖縄旅行がHISさんを通じてこちらのホテルでした。15年以上前のことで良かったという事が思い出されます。以降沖縄ではこちらのホテルだけを利用させていただいて年に数回過ごしてまいりました。最後の宿泊は改装してエレベーターの増設がされているときでした。楽しみにして伺いましたが、エレベーターは予定では完成しているはずが未完成。部屋はテレビが大きくなりましたが、ソファに座ってテレビを見ることのできない配置。フロントやレストランなどなんでも待たせまくりでした。とくにサビーの特典は、ほぼほぼ利用できず終わりました。以降別のホテルを利用していますが、なんと安くて良いホテルが沖縄にいっぱいあることにびっくりしました。よっぽどのことがない限りこちらのホテルはおすすめしません。客の要望になんとか応えようという姿勢はありません。私は、仕事が立て込んだので、資料整理のため宴会場にいっぱいある、長机を1つお貸し下さるようお願いしたところ、ありませんで終わりました。
こちらのホテルが一番良いと思っていましたが、他の沖縄のホテルを利用させていただきますと、なんと世間知らずだった自分が残念になりました。 - via
