They promise you pictures after each cleaning - never happened. Only if you have complaints. A few times they charged me for scheduled outdrive cleaning which one actually wasn’t cleaned. When I emailed them pictures of the outdrive with weed on it 2 days after scheduled cleaning (it was this winter), they told me it is normal growth... In 2 days... Really? I own boat not for the first time in my life. The next day I came my outdrive was clean. Never believe them and always double check if they cleaned your boat and did it properly. Once they cleaned my outdrive not really well. Still was weed left and they told me “we are not going to clean it to make it shine”. - via
