We did the Rum, Cigar & Culture tour. The tour was good. However they arrived with an open safari bus with uncomfortable seating then drove us way past the excursion on the highway to pick up guests at another hotel. One hour and 20 mins to a destination that should have been 20-30 mins away. We requested they drop us off first on the way back and they declined, so we paid for a taxi back to our hotel for the 10 min ride, to avoid another 1 hour and 20 min trek.
I suggest they send the proper transportation for the tour and plan their routes better. - via
