I originally gave zero stars because I was unfortunately caught with some poor management issues. There has been some recent management changes and the effort to correct old issues has been tremendous. The communication and customer service has been light years ahead of where it was last month, now that new management is in place. I know they have a lot to clean up over the coming months from previous management but if the customer service stays on this path I plan on doing my additional courses there. And my son’s certification as well. - via
