I booked more than a month in advance for a room with hot water, I arrived at 8am the day of my check in and they told me to wait because arrival is later, which is understandable because it is like that everywhere.
Around 12:30 they tell me that there was a problem with the reservations and that there are no rooms available in the hotel, they sent me to another place about a kilometer further away, the place is still under construction and there is a piece of land next to it where at 6am roosters and other animals start to make noise and at 7am the masons come in to build making too much noise, I was there for 2 nights.
On the 3rd day they gave me a room in the complex where I should stay, which was exactly the same as what I had reserved and paid for, on the 4th day they told me that I had to change the room again within the complex but which does not have hot water something for which I had already booked and paid.
For the inconvenience they gave me a breakfast.
I still have 3 more nights to go, let's see what happens ♂️

El personal es bastante amable y los instructores de surf son buenos.
Pero tuve el siguiente problema:
Reserve con más de un mes de anticipación para una habitación con agua caliente, llegué 8am el día de mi check in y me dijeron que esperara porque es más tarde la llegada, cosa comprensible porque en todos lados es así.
Como a las 12:30 me dicen que hubo un problema con las reservaciones y que no hay habitaciones disponibles en el hotel, me mandaron a otro lugar a aproximadamente un kilómetro más lejos, el lugar aún está en construcción y hay un terreno a lado donde a las 6am gallos y otros animales que empiezan a hacer ruido y a las 7am entran los albañiles a construir haciendo demasiado ruido, ahí estuve por 2 noches.
El 3er día me dieron una habitación en el complejo donde debía quedarme la cuál era exactamente igual a lo que yo había reservado y pagado, al 4 día me dijeron que tenía que cambiar de nuevo de habitación dentro del complejo pero la cual no tiene agua caliente algo por lo que yo ya había reservado y pagado.
Por los inconvenientes me regalaron un desayuno.
