My family stayed here this past June. While the prices everywhere in montauk were ridiculous (peak season) we truly enjoyed our stay at ocean surf . There was clear communication for check in. Although we arrived late night they provided us with our keypad access so we could go straight to our room after a long drive. We then finalized the check in the next morning at the front desk so overall a smooth check in experience. I was wary because most resorts in the area that were in our budget had very little photos or the photos shown were VERY dated. But to our surprise, our room was updated, comfortable & clean (I wish I had pictures). We booked the 5 person room with two double beds & a futon and there was more than enough space for my family. We were provided more than enough towels, toiletries & appliances (hair dryer, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, small dining table). The bathroom was small, but clean & got the job done. Every employee I’ve encountered during our stay were very friendly & helpful. The location was perfect, walkable to a lot of spots, short drives to everywhere else. The beach access was great, I loved lounging on the lounge chairs along the pool facing the beach! I didn’t get to try the pool cuz it was too cold during the time we went. Parking at the time was tight cuz they were fully booked, but we didn’t have any issues finding a spot. I’m overall satisfied with our stay & would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for accommodations in this area! - via
