This is the WORST hotel experience I've ever had! The room was on first floor and there were so much noises from different directions. I was woken up by the sound of some people running upstairs in the morning We can hear everyone's talk when they walk by our room. The toilet also keeps making noises. We found a big cockroach on the floor. The next morning I asked them to switch the room and they say they'll do that as soon as they've done cleaning. We believed and packed the luggage. But when we returned in the evening, they told me that everything is full and there's nothing they can do. TERRIBLE!!!! I paid almost $300 per night and I can't believe I couldn't even have a quiet place to sleep! - via
