Overpriced and poor customer service. I went in to look at some jackets but the specific models they had were not what I was looking for, and prices were on the high side for no reason. First I felt pushed to buy something, making me very uncomfortable. Then, when I decided not to buy anything, their previously smiley faces changed to hostile, like trying to make me feel guilty that I wasn't buying anything. Well, I definitely don't like to waste people's time if I'm not seriously looking at buying something. But trying a few BCDs on and deciding to NOT buy any of them is definitely a consumer's right. If you think that every person who walks into your store and looks and tries something has to buy it, think again.
I ended up buying a jacket in a different store and got a decent SMB for free. Ended up buying a gear bag, a thin wetsuit and a few accessories from that other shop. - via
