My family had a fantastic experience today doing three dives with Froggy Scuba. From our first contact with the company’s rep, Wet to the dive master, Dan & the crew on the boat - all the staff was highly experienced, professional & safety conscious. Despite our varying level of diving proficiency, our dive master Dan was able to manage all three of us very well in the water - giving me great confidence that he would look after my 15 yo well (doing the Padi discovery dive for the first time ). Great emphasis on safety, detailed explanation without being overwhelming, good briefing of locations and safety reminders & checks before each dive. The boat was a traditional Lombok boat which was great, clean, compact & efficient. The boat crew were experienced and professional in helping us with our (good well serviced) equipment & getting on and off the boat safely and keeping a sharp eye on my teen and another pre-teen diver. The food onboard was simple but delicious. Best of all everyone made sure we had fun! I can’t thank and recommend them enough. - via
