The staff told me they booked me a ferry ticket as requested but I discovered the day before departure that they didn't. This cost me 700 euros of flight that I had to book to arrive in time to my destination. They said that the ferry was not running due to weather (montenegro Ferry) but actually there was another ferry (Atienza Ferry) doing the same trip and running smothly. To cover for their mistake they made things wors by lying about the fact that no ferry was running. - via
