I dove with them last year and they were great but was honestly very very disappointed with their customer
Service this time around.
I confirmed a date with them in the morning and booked a rental car for it, after which they cancelled because they’re prioritizing tourists from hotels (whom I guess will pay them more). They didn’t apologize or tried to find another date that worked.
I asked them for recommendations for other diving centers and they said that « unfortunately they didn’t know of other diving centers »?!?! It was a very shorty experience and will not be sending my friends and other tourists to them.
I’m Mauritian with a foreign partner, and it’s quite an unprofessional way to treat customers - via
