Very rare I meet such bad and unwelcoming service. Actually it was very uncomfortable when we went back to the office to try and get a refund. The guide that sold us the experience, lied about everything from transportation to the experience itself, they pretend they don’t know the guide when questioned. And later found out we paid double compared to the rest of the people on the trip.
Tried to get some sort of refund but all of a sudden nobody answers. - via
