My girlfriend and I did the Sunrise Gunung Batur Trekking. Our guide Jero ran was excellent. He was punctual, very friendly, very funny, outgoing and goes above and beyond to provide the best experience possible. We booked a few additional trips with Jero Ran subsequently and have been very impressed with the service every time and the impressively smooth driving around some chaotic and narrow roads.
