I’ve been a fan of Ruly’s work for many years; she is an exceptional artist and her customer service is excellent. The first time I meet her at a street fair, she did a repair on a necklace jump ring that I didn’t even buy from her. I have purchased items from her directly and via her website and each time I was treated with respect and excellent service. Her mail order items arrive quickly and nicely wrapped. As someone that has begun to make jewelry I can honesty say that her products are well made and her quality is exceptional. I highly recommend her to friends and anyone interested in well crafted jewelry. - via
