A few nice staff members -Marcy I believe was very helpful- but their lack of any common sense in return policy and ridiculously high prices for products, rather than services, brought this rating. I bought these snorkeling fins and when I got back to my bike - I was bikepacking and setting up my bike in a nearby hotel- they were way too big. So just a few hours later I came back -same bag, unused- and another employee would not give me money back or even credit towards an exchange for higher priced product… way overpriced fins. - via
