The hotel has a major issue with their hot water supply. I read reviews that there were issues with this and I asked them before booking if they had resolved the issues and they said yes. We had booked a jacuzzzi room for 3 nights. When we checked in jacuzzi was not clean and there was no hot water. We asked for it to be cleaned, and the housekeeping came with a very dirty and torn towel to clean the jacuzzi, without soap or any disinfectant. When we finally cleaned it, still no hot water, which they promised would be fixed. There were also other issues such as worn out linens and a rusty shower head.
At the end of the second day, Mr. Hamdy, hotel manager, moved us to another room that was newly renovated and looks great! Jacuzzi was clean and there was finally hot water! But at night, we couldn’t sleep from the sound of dripping water in the bathroom drain which turned out to be from the AC.
So overall, not the best experience at all and while we paid 3 days for a jacuzzi room, we actually used it for one day and we spent a lot of the time with maintenance in the room. Very disappointing and will never book here again. - via
