I recently completed my open water diver certification from here. The application process is very smooth and straightforward. They will send you the details via email. It was very professional and they assisted through the process. When I was in doubt about the schedule and timing, I reached out through email and got clarifications. Their communication is very clear and accurate.
Regarding the dive experience, Rafi was my instructor. He is very experienced and knowledgeable person when it comes to diving. He clearly understands your concerns and provide suggestions and feedbacks to help you dive better. He is very patient and helped us throughout the journey. The confined water session and open water session was very well planned and organised. We were informed about the timing and what to expect during our dive. Rafi also helps you to overcome any issues or problem that you face and patiently guides you to complete the task or skill. He also explains things very clearly so that you understand better.
Though Pulau Hantu is not great when it comes to visibility, we were lucky enough to get visibility upto 3m and saw some amazing aquatic beings in our final exploration dive.
It was a great opportunity to begin my dive journey from TDC. I would highly recommend TDC to anyone who is planning to get certified and experience scuba diving.
