Had a terrible experience with Open Water Certification process. The facilities were poorly managed. They had the first dive session at a small pool at the owner's house. The owner's dog bit me when I started swimming in the water. The company refused to pay for my vaccination process and denied that the dog bite, and discarded is as minor scratches. This happened after I shared pictures about it. In addition to all this, the schedules were poorly managed and our group had to reschedule shark dive 2 days later because they did not record our training progress properly. Given diving is a relatively dangerous adventure sport which requires extensive measures to ensure safety of divers, I would NOT recommend this diving company. They are not responsible people, and would not hold themselves accountable if anything happens to you. - via Google
