Firstly they are open and run by scum. Second time jetski has stopped working and last time was promised some type of discount for the next ride and then they disputed this conversation. Today, a year later out there 5 minutes and it stopped working again and they could care less. Advising I used all my time, yeah, thanks, because it wasn't working for the time, called for help while I remained out in the ocean and no help. Dishonest business with a penchant for not give a flying fish. Avoid these scum operators. Once money is exchanged and even prior they don't care. AVOID
To the owners - you are dishonest and bad people. Especially Ibu who is rude and goes back on her word. I hope your business fails. Get your jetskis serviced.
Use any other jetski company even if you have to travel not worth your time especially if the jetski fails which it has 2/3 times and they offer no remedy. - via
