Unprofessional, agressive and rude behavior !!!
Mangement accusing me to lie after report in Trip Advisor!
-Bounty Wrack 7th January 2020-
While I was taking pictures from a big clam, a guide came from the right. His equipment was permamemtly scratching the table coral in direction to the clam. Signalizing to this indonesian guide he did not stoped his damaging bouyancy. Therefore I stopped filming and swam under this guy to protect the coral and stop the ongoing destruction.
About 2 minutes later and 25 m away, this guide from SCUBA FROGGY came from the back and shaking with to hands my cylinder like an insane. I turned arround and asked what he want. He signalized me that he want to start a fight - under the water... I show him that I will go my way and i am interested in everything else but not on his unprofessionell offer. Back to the surface I saw him on the Scuba Froggy boat which and asked what this behavior is about. He still was agressive. Theese kind of unprofessionalizm I never saw before. The reccomodation with one star should be taken serios before choosing this company. NOBODY IS TOUCHING THE EQUIPMENT FROM ANOTHER DIVER WHILE DIVING IN THAT WAY !!!
Regarding to my comment on trip advisor this company wrote as reply that I was showing the guide the middle finger - ***what I do not did***. Furthermore they accuse me to beeing rasism - I am not. This kind of answering with critic is typical for this company when costumers complaining in the past. Finally they did not say anything about this danger behaviour of shaking on my cylinder or anything about the damaging bouancy of the guide. - via
