I went with quiver pulau perhentian last year. The first and probably the last time i will.
We went to the site and noted the current is quiet bad.
They ask us to go down and me and my buddy went in. The moment we down ther the visibility is really bad. My dive master went up to see one of the diver who had a problem midway and surface up.
We are left down there and cant even see the other divers.
Looking around for 2 minutes we surface up. And guess what.. the boat is not there!
And the wave on the surface is really bad we were technically going up and down for nearly 20min and then only our dive master surface up.. and at 40 min the boat come back...
Despite that incident we still need to pay for the "dive" and being left by the boat at site..
I hope mine is an isolated case.. but leaving divers in the middle of the sea is really not a good idea. We are lucky no one in emergency.. what if there is any?
My worst diving experience...
And it however being a good experience to deal with these kind of situation. - via
