Great experience. Wonderful crew, but seem to be understaffed. Some multi tasking between registering customers and helping with takeoff. Cheerful and hard-working and ate a really late lunch. None of the complained, just my observations. Requesting the owner to add personnel and streamline the checking in process. Best wishes. - via
