Rooms are ok, many things are missing, furniture is old. However, very nice views all over the area of the hotel, no beach at all. All rocks. Good for snorkeling. Service is very bad, make sure you tip couple of the employees so you can enjoy your stay. Som employees are very nice and helpful but some managers are very disrespectful to their employees, they are constantly yelling at their workers Infront of customers. Not professional at all, that also affects their attitude at the job and therefore affect the service. If it wasn’t for Mohamad at the reception desk and Mohamad for room service I would’ve left the first day.
Half board was a joke, I had to upgrade to all inclusive. Make sure you book ahead, it’ll be cheaper than upgrading at the property.
