I bought a package - drop off at hotel, boat frim Nusa Lembongan and taxi to airport.
So the went to the wrong hotel 2 times. Both on the drop off and pick up. The captain was driving the boat like crazy painfully hitting the waves (when at the end of the trip he slowed down it appeared the boat can go normally). Then there was driver waiting in the port. I had to go to the office and ask, they said no service to airport. I said I already paid. Had to call the man to whom I paid, he agreed about the taxi finally… The man working in Scoot office in Sanur port was very impolite. Very nad service, Scoot! - via
