I am currently staying at the Moon Palace in Jamaica and just visited the Italian Restaurant, Gondola. I was extremely satisfied with my service at the restaurant especially with Sherwain (our server) who treated us with the utmost respect. He really NEEDS a raise! He was very attentive to our needs. We never experienced this level of professionalism and kindness! We really hope that his manager will get to read this and take further actions to praise him. I am even more satisfied with the stay due to Sherwain! - via
