The ladies who sold us the tickets were quite friendly. Unfortunately we had to wait half an hour more than agreed because all jet skis were full. That was very annoying. We weren't told that. Anyways, driving a jetski was very fun. However, the staff who showed us the jet ski was very unfriendly. When we got out he yelled at us because we didn't understand what he meant. How should I know how to park a jetski please? He said some things in his own language and scolded us. That's not how you treat customers! Kindness should be learned. Teach your employees how to treat people, thanks. Don't recommend that to anyone. - via
