I’m very disappointed, the service is horrible, the food and drinks in all the restaurants is very bad and the main restaurant has terrible service, I stayed at the hotel for a week and every day when I arrived at the restaurant they hadn't cleaned any of the tables where other people had finished eating, we had to eat at the dirty table or clean it ourselves. Employees do not have any instructions from superior management in all the places there. Disappointed experience, I wanted to relax with my family but I just had stress from the time i arrived till the day I left. - via
