This seems very very fun -- however, one of my kids got scared and could not ride the first time. Since I was the ONLY adult, all the other kids had to STOP riding due to policy. The staff felt bad and said I would get a call / coupons to help out since I was mostly out of all the money (note: the other kids and I were able to ride the first 2 ziplines as it generally gets us back to the starting point, but could not continue). Here is where Ozone & Camp Kern completely failed. Not only was I NOT warned (which would have made alternate plans with my wife as a just-in-case measure), I never got a call from Ozone. I then inquired twice afterwards over a 4 weeks time-frame and NO response. Ozone and Camp Kern are NOT honest brokers. They are not clear up-front, make empty promises when things fail, and never return emails through their website. This is not someone I recommend to do business with. - via
