We came to Kirks to get our tanks filled. When we arrived we found out our tanks werent stickered right from the shop we purchased them from. He called the shop and stickered them appropriately free of charge. Not only did he solve that problem for us he was also better priced for enriched than anyone else we've had do our fills. He was also timely. He told us enriched air would take a few hours. Two hours later he called and told us our tanks were ready for pick-up.
On our second trip to his shop we decided my wife and I both need an extra tank. He quoted us a better price than we hoped for. He refused to take any money down and went ahead and placed the order.
The tanks came in earlier than he quoted and the icing on the cake was he even charged less than what was quoted.
As a retired business owner myself I can say Kirk runs a great outfit. Complete integrity and honesty is what this guy is about. He takes care of his clients and knows how to get customer loyalty. Its a rare thing to see a storefront actually truly care about its customers nowadays so dealing with Kirk is refreshing. - via
