As much as the operation and the flight was really good too many things with the money cause me to give it 1 star. I booked Jan 28 flight and became ill from food poisoning and had to cancel. They did not want to give a refund but agreed to when they filled my spot. I was charged 380$ usd. I rebooked the following day and paid 380 usd$ again. They said the first flight was voided. 23 days later I still have two charges of 380, so 760$usd. Another thing to be aware is that farmers burn crops all the time and you can't even see the sun at sunset. I do not know if I will ever be refunded or not. My money was refunded and I was treated very well however it is hard for me to accept these kinds here of so called bank errors. There are never any errors taking your money but somehow many seem to happen giving it back.... - via
