My wife and I signed up for open water training in February of 2020, of course that didn't pan out well. They held our place until we were ready to complete the course. We signed up over this last summer and received our open water certification in October. The online course, pool dives, and open water dives, though cold, were all spot on. We moved through the material thoroughly and efficiently thanks to instructor Ron's guidance. Before heading to the Caribbean this winter we needed to get our Nitrox certifications. Jerry not only was willing to stay until 9pm to help us meet our goals with our busy schedule but he also offered 8am the following day as an option.
I do my best to not overutilize the generosity of others but the offer to go above and beyond is seen less and less these days. Not here though, Jenny, Jerry, and their crew are personable, accommodating, understanding, and reflect not only professionalism but humanity at its finest. In a time when we see less they give more. - via
