Willing to change this as I’ve had great experiences but wow the phone call today was not pleasant. I was trying to help them out by clarifying some misdirected and incorrect emails and I was dealt with extremely curtly as if it was my fault. Not cool….update: Got a call from the owner after lots of effort tracking me down. Was very sincere and helpful. All good now. - via
