Absolutely useless.
Horrible customer service
Whatever day they say your package is going to be delivered is irrelevant because they're going to end up delivering it a few days after that anyways.
4 days in a row they weren't able to deliver my shipment because they didn't have time. It would be logical to assume that undelivered packages from the previous day would be prioritized the following day, however, that's not the case.
Maybe the people in charge of logistics at the company should reevaluate what they're doing and how they're doing it.
