Buyer beware. While you won’t see the return policy until AFTER you place an order, you have 2 days to make a return and that’s only for some items. Others are no returns. THEN, returns are only given a store credit! So when we ordered gloves, and saw this, I tried to cancel the order within hours, but this guy said store credit only. What dive store operates that way? This Chris guy, then wants to be nearly hostile when I asked him why he wouldn’t just void the transaction and return my money. He just maintained they don’t do that.
Mind you, no product was shipped or anything. So there shouldn’t even be a charge on my card. I don’t know if he’s hurting that bad, financially, but perhaps a more customer friendly cancel/return policy would help. My local stores both offer full refund within 30 days. - via
