Northwest Scuba is a great company. Ken and Laura run the shop and are both fantastic people who treat their customers exceptionally well. I have always been given good honest advice when seeking information on equipment or diving locations.
I did my confined dives and classroom for my PADI with NW Scuba. The instructors were fantastic both in the classroom and in the pool. Multiple times an instructor would pull me aside and give me some great advice based on their observations. I felt like I was the only one in the water with how much individual attention and instruction I received.
I booked a trip to Malaysia to do my open water dives and Ken and Laura had a lot of great advice on how to pick a dive shop and how to deal with the paperwork to avoid any complications. If you are trying to pick a dive shop, look no further. You won't get better service or treatment than you will at NW Scuba. - via
