The diving center "Mermaid" is perhaps the best diving center in Pattaya. Good prices, excellent service, English-speaking instructors.
My instructor was Sean from England, who explained everything very clearly to me, so my first dive went smoothly and correctly.
The day I spent with these guys is one of the best in my life. Next time I will definitely come back here.
