ZERO STARS: The owner Mr. Dunn, had no problem TAKING my money on June 1, 2023 for an 8/19/23 party, with hours 12-5 pm. He ended up DOUBLE BOOKING the day of my event and all he could say after he found out he was WRONG was "my bad". He cut my daughter's 10th birthday party short without notice and has refused to give me what I am owed back for time not utilized. DON'T SUPPORT THEM - Owners are rude and actually yelled at me in front of my guests, even after they found out they were in the wrong. They are unprofessional and there were dog feces from their 6 so-called security dogs, German shepherds, all around the parking area and perimeter of pool where guests were walking. Owners continued to harass me on FB until I BLOCKED them. They told me they don't care about my opinion because they have plenty of other customers. Mrs. Dunn went further on to say I was "lucky my party wasn't canceled" What a way to run a business, ruin a little girl's party, keep money not owed to them, upset children, and disrespect and yell at a paying customer who cleaned up 110% and was gone over an hour before the paid party was supposed to end. It was embarrassing for me and my guests to have all of this transpire. WORST BUSINESS OWNERS EVER. - via
