Would have to be the worst customer service ever. Rude, aggressive & dismissive of any concerns. Cancel bookings and provide no backup options. Force you to chase them. They take the money, then cancel. Lyn sends abusive emails, and when you ask to talk to someone else she says you can't. I bought this for my partners 40th and now am out of pocket with no further options available. I wish I could have nominated ZERO stars. I have been forced to refer to fair trading for dishonest practices, as they refuse to provide the service paid for or refund. - via
