AMAZING!!! Fabulous experience! Great staff! I learned so much, what an incredible stay! The snorkeling is superb, the diving is fantastic and everything else is mind-blowing fun. So cool that they are eco-conscious too. The perfect vacation! - via 
First let me say our guide was great and out student group loved the adventure. Next though, I have been coming here and bringing folks to these activities for years. Somewhere along the line, i feel it has changed from having fun and experiencing new things to being all about getting pictures taken so they can sell them to you. The park was over-crowded, not enough equipment, no one to fit the equipment (just handed it to us), and no water in the jugs (by rappelling). Now our guide helped us every time but the equipment people were just too busy to help. At one point I had the photographer trying to fit my rappelling equipment and let's just say it didn't work out! We had come over on an early ferry from Cozumel so were really hungry by lunch time but the park was so full we were told we had to wait until all of our activities were completed before we could eat. Like 3 pm in the afternoon! Not good since I was traveling with a school group and we had made reservations months in advance. In the end, the kids loved the experience, but I'm just not sure the company is putting the emphasis on guest service and safety which bothers me. - via
