Buyers beware. Completely ripped off. Bought an item off Amazon, had to return it without a printable label due to seller error in how they setup their returns, returned it with ups on my own dime provided proof of return and seller refuses to issue a refund falsely claiming returned product was not received, contrary to attached tracking screen grab where it states that ups met the recipient. Unresponsive before unprofessional customer service throughout the whole exchange.
Addition based on seller response: the tracking clearly shows “met customer.” Seller has product listed as flammable so could not print label. Amazon is investigating you no surprise there are so many negative reviews about your shop ripping them off. - via
