I did the Open Water course with Azimuth this summer. Every part of it was a great experience. Our class had a variety of students- some experienced divers taking a refresher, new divers and young divers. I felt comfortable in my newly acquired diving knowledge, not only knowing what I needed to know, but also why I needed to know it. I never felt that a topic or skill was rushed just to get it done with. I think the team did a great job keeping everyone comfortable as we progressed to the pool and ultimately the lake, allowing more time for the more comfortable divers to explore while the more anxious divers had one on one time to feel ready. I highly recommend the course as well as the shop. I look forward to doing some local dives in the summer to start fresh and hopefully joining a group dive to somewhere warm! - via
