The staff are knowledgeable/friendly. But please be careful buying gear from them. When I got my regulator serviced less than a year after purchasing from their quarterly rental sale, it needed a lot of repair from dry rot and corrosion in the stages. Very minimal usage and proper cleaning on my end. Makes me believe that I was sold dangerously worn out equipment. - via
