Please don't make your total assessment on this one experience, but I was not impressed with the communication for service. Called to get a battery changed for my dive computer & the man I spoke with said I'd have to come in the following day when their tech repair guy was in to see if they could change it. I said I couldn't come the following day. He replied that they change a lot of batteries but couldn't guarantee they could change my computer batt. I respect that, but for good service it just seems that the dive shop guy I spoke with should have at least offered to say, "Let me see if I can find out for you & call you right back." - via
